1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Auconiom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Auconiom is an information platform that aggregates publicly available auction property listings from multiple European countries. We provide search, filtering, analysis tools, and educational content to help users discover auction opportunities.

Important: Auconiom is not a real estate broker, auctioneer, or legal advisor. We do not conduct auctions, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. All information is provided for informational purposes only. Users should conduct their own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any purchase decisions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period.

5. Data Accuracy

Listing data is sourced from official court portals and public records. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Listing details (prices, dates, status) may change without notice on the source platforms. Always verify critical information on the official source before taking action.

6. Referral Partners

When you submit a lead inquiry (“Need legal help?”), your contact information may be shared with vetted local partners (lawyers, agents). Auconiom may receive a referral fee. The relationship with any partner is between you and the partner; Auconiom is not a party to any engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auconiom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Auconiom platform, including its design, code, and original content (playbooks, calculator, analysis) is protected by copyright. Listing data sourced from public portals remains in the public domain. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our platform content without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the data controller's jurisdiction.
