  • Account data: email address, password (hashed), display name when you register.
  • Usage data: pages visited, search queries, listings viewed, collected via PostHog analytics.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Lead form data: name, email, and message when you submit a lead inquiry.
  • Cookie data: essential cookies for authentication, optional analytics cookies with your consent.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract performance: processing necessary to provide our services (account management, subscriptions, saved searches).
  • Consent: analytics cookies and marketing emails (you can withdraw consent at any time).
  • Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, service improvement, and security.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to deliver our services:

  • Supabase (database hosting, EU region)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Resend (transactional emails)
  • PostHog (analytics, EU hosting available)
  • Mapbox (map rendering)

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Lead form data may be shared with referral partners in the relevant country, only when you explicitly submit a lead inquiry.
